A modern phone can create multi-megabyte photographs. OrcaSure automatically resizes and optimises uploaded evidence while retaining enough detail for review and reporting.
These are approximate examples. Actual capacity depends on image dimensions, compression, metadata, PDFs and other stored records.
If every area produced around 10 evidence images during a complete audit cycle, that would be about 1,980 images.
At an average of around 500 KB per optimised image, that is roughly 1 GB of imagery per full cycle.
A 50 GB allowance therefore provides substantial headroom while keeping the monthly plan predictable.

OrcaSure includes a controlled retention workflow for completed audits and older evidence, helping organisations manage long-term storage without losing the records they need to keep.
Plans are primarily differentiated by the size of the active assurance team and included storage — not by hiding core workflow functionality.
Tell us how many people administer or carry out audits. The rest of the organisation does not need a paid audit licence just to resolve actions.
